AI for companies at a fixed price

Deploying AI in your operations

We automate one process end to end, or we build an assistant. It either answers from your documents and shows where each answer came from, or takes over the routine work of one role, such as handling incoming enquiries. A person checks what the AI prepares.

Invoices into accounting without retyping

We extract the data from incoming invoices and match them with payments. Your accountant only checks the result and sends it to the POHODA accounting software; other accounting software on request. First we show you the accuracy on your own invoices. Then you decide.

We set up Monolith, add your clients and current projects, train your team and walk through your first project with you. Customisation and extra modules from CZK 29,000.

Worked example: 20 people on the Company plan come to CZK 78,000 a year. At a rate of CZK 1,200 an hour, Monolith pays for itself once you bill 65 more hours a year. Plug in your own rate.

Prices exclude VAT. You pay annually or quarterly, with no minimum number of users and no monthly base fee.

You’re a new company. Why should we trust you?

Tachys is a new brand and we don’t have references yet. So we start with a small step at a fixed price, with the outcome agreed up front. If it doesn’t work out, you’ll know early, before you’ve spent much.

Where will our data go?

Before we start, we describe in writing which model will process the data, where it runs and who the processor is. We don’t change that without your consent. If the data must not leave the company, the model can run on your own server.

Will you guarantee compliance with NIS2 and the AI Act?

No. Compliance is ongoing work on your side and nobody can honestly guarantee it. We help you with rules for using AI, but we won’t assess your NIS2 or AI Act compliance for you.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

It will. So we set things up so that a person sees the result before it goes out, and we measure how often the AI gets it wrong. We show you the accuracy on your own data before you decide.

Can we try Monolith first?

You get one free month for the whole team, but without the sales pipeline and clients. After that you pick a plan or export your data.
